SUMMER INTERNSHIP AT NYC ADMINISTRATION FOR CHILDREN’S SERVICES
****Please note that to be eligible you must have some personal experience with the foster care system****
NYC Administration for Children’s Services is looking to hire 50 full-time interns this summer! As an intern, you’ll have the amazing opportunity to get hands-on experience working at ACS in a variety of roles. They are hiring interns for multiple departments including; direct services, policy and planning, legal services, and many more! ACS is opening this paid internship opportunity to CUNY students who have had experience with the foster care system. This is a fantastic opportunity to give back to New York residents and gain valuable professional experience. To find out more and apply, you must attend an information session.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Be a current CUNY student or recent graduate (December 2017)
– At least one year of direct personal experience with the foster care system
– Able to commit to working full time from June-August
COMPENSATION
– $15.50/hour for associate and bachelor’s students; $23 for graduate students
